Our approach bridges the gap between education and the workforce development by ensuring participants have access to quality training, certified instructors, recognized facilities and funding opportunities that support every step of the workforce development journey.

Facilitate employment opportunities where available and connect eligible individuales to Alberta government funding that can help cover some costs for - tools / gear needed for the powerline trade, training and education expenses and Class 3 driver’s license certification.
Provide Awareness and certification training to prepare individuals entering and working in the powerline industry with the knowledge, skills, and industry standards needed for successful workforce development.
Create Workforce development training at recognized locations across Alberta, engaging directly with major utilities, contractors, and industry associations to facilitate higher standards in safety and worker efficacy.
